SOUND of GRACE

“Amazing GRACE, how sweet the SOUND….” 

                                                                                                    

    How powerful….

                 liberating….

                     transforming….

                             complete….the SOUND

Can you hear it!!?

The SOUND….

That breaks the chains of bondage,

Shatters the shackles of sin,

Pierces the darkness with Light,

Empowers those who choose, to live in freedom of Truth.

The SOUND….

That sets the prisoners free,

Opens the eyes of the blind,

Enlightens hearts to believe,

Enlarges the boundaries of faith

The SOUND….

That carries Hope, rendering despair powerless,

Rings with Love that drives all fear away,

Speaks eternal Life, full of purpose, forever in Father’s Presence

Sings of our Redeemer, Lord, and King

The SOUND….

That reverberates throughout eternity,

That exploded with the strike of a nail into His flesh,

That shook the earth at His resurrection,

That came in the Mighty Rushing Wind

The SOUND….

That doesn’t leave us as orphans,

But resonates in us as we cry out, “Abba, Father!”

It doesn’t allow us to remain as we are,

But makes all things new, and transforms us into His image

The SOUND….

Awakens those who are sleeping,

Calls them from their graves,

Clothes them in robes of righteousness,

To shine His light, to walk in His way

This SOUND, some have tried to lessen,

And call it license to sin.

Just the opposite is true,

It gives us power to overcome the ravages of death from within

The SOUND of GRACE….

Can you hear it!!?

It is the Name of Jesus

It is the beat of Father’s heart

It is perfect Love expressed

It is His Kingdom come in us

Let all of creation be caught up in His SOUND!
